Custom print file quality notice
You are responsible for the quality and suitability of any image you upload. Low-resolution or poor-quality files may produce a weaker print. We may contact you if we believe the file is not suitable for production.
Full terms
By uploading an image for a custom print, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the image, or you have permission to use and reproduce it.
• The file is of sufficient quality (resolution, sharpness, and color) for the print size you ordered. Blurry, pixelated, compressed, or otherwise low-quality files may result in a print that does not meet your expectations.
• You understand that we print from the file you provide “as is.” We are not responsible for defects that come from the source file (including low resolution or poor image quality).
• We may contact you using the email or phone on your order if we believe the file is not suitable for production. If we cannot reach you or you do not provide a better file within a reasonable time, we may delay production, cancel the custom item, or proceed using the file on record at your risk.
• Uploaded files are used only to produce your order. After your order is marked delivered, custom print files are automatically deleted within 30 days.
