The store
- Lab86 sells physical products online, including personalized items such as custom prints when offered.
- Product photos, descriptions, and prices are shown as accurately as we can. Small differences can happen because of screen settings or materials used in production.
Orders & pricing
- When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, there is a clear pricing error, we suspect fraud, or there is a problem with the rights to a custom file).
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include taxes and shipping calculated before you pay.
- Promo codes follow their own rules and may be changed or ended.
Payment
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use that payment method.
- You own the goods once they are fully paid for and delivered, subject to the carrier’s delivery terms.
Shipping
- Shipping choices and time estimates are shown at checkout based on your address and package.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of the carrier, weather, customs, or an incomplete address.
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
Custom prints
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork you upload.
- You are responsible for the quality of your file. A low-resolution or poor-quality image may not print well.
- When we ask for print orientation (portrait or landscape), you must choose one.
- We may contact you, pause, cancel, or refuse an order if a file appears illegal, infringing, or not suitable to print.
- Custom print files are deleted automatically within 30 days after your order is marked delivered.
Intellectual property
- The content and branding on this website belong to us or our partners.
- Please do not copy or reuse site materials for business use without our permission.
- For custom prints: you keep your rights in the artwork you upload. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your order.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
- If something goes wrong related to an order, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order.
- These Terms do not take away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this site when you place an order applies to that order.
